Processing and dispatch times can vary between products. Estimated delivery information shown at checkout or on the relevant product page should be used as a guide.

DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the product, delivery destination and fulfilment partner.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

MULTIPLE ITEMS & SEPARATE PARCELS

DOG & PURPOSE works with multiple trusted suppliers and fulfilment partners.

If you order more than one product, your items may be dispatched from different locations. This means your order may arrive in separate parcels and on different days.

There is no need to worry if one item arrives before another.

SHIPPING COSTS

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELAYS

Occasionally deliveries may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs or periods of unusually high demand.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate it.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, for damaged deliveries, photographs where appropriate so we can investigate the issue with the relevant fulfilment partner or carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where international delivery is available, delivery times and charges may vary by destination.

Customers may also be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges where applicable. Any such charges are determined by the destination country and are outside our control.
